Looking for a tasty and healthy snack? Try these delicious curd buns! Thanks to the fiber and protein, they’ll keep you full for hours — easily getting you through to your next meal.
Ingredients (serves 2):

200 g quark (or low-fat curd cheese)

50 g raspberries

250 g whole wheat flour

8 g baking powder

2 eggs or 2 mashed bananas

50 g raisins
-
2 tsp lemon zest and juice

2 tbsp sunflower oil
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).

Mix the quark and eggs (or mashed bananas) together.

Puree or finely chop the raspberries. Add them and the remaining ingredients to the quark mixture. Mix thoroughly.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Using two spoons, scoop out 12 curd buns onto the sheet.

Bake for about 15 minutes until golden and cooked through.
