A delicious, refreshing smoothie bowl for a healthy and quick breakfast.
Ingredients (serves 1):

200 ml semi-skimmed yogurt

50 g frozen mango

50 g frozen peach

50 g blueberries

60 g fresh pineapple, diced

15 g pistachios

1 tbsp flaxseed
-
1 tbsp shredded coconut
Instructions:
Blend the yogurt with the frozen mango and peach until smooth.
Spoon the mixture into a bowl. Arrange the blueberries on one side, then the pineapple cubes next to them, followed by the pistachios, and finally the flaxseed. Sprinkle the coconut flakes on top.
Tip: Feel free to mix it up with other nuts and seeds like walnuts, almonds, pecans, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, and/or pumpkin seeds.
