A wrap made from cottage cheese is our new favorite! It’s high in protein, perfect for a healthy snack, quick to make, and here’s how to do it.
Ingredients for 2 servings

200 g cottage cheese

2 eggs

2 tablespoons oat flour (or almond flour)

Pinch of salt and pepper

Optional herbs to taste (e.g. Italian herbs, garlic powder)

Filling of your choice (e.g. 4 slices of chicken breast, 1 handful of lettuce, half an avocado, 2 tomatoes, 50 g bell pepper)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
Blend the cottage cheese, eggs, oat flour, salt, pepper, and herbs in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Spoon the mixture onto the tray in small circles, depending on your desired wrap size. Use the back of a spoon to spread the mixture evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20–25 minutes, or until the wraps are firm and lightly golden brown.
Let the wraps cool for a few minutes to firm up.
Fill the wraps with your favorite ingredients like chicken breast, lettuce, tomato, avocado, bell pepper, or other healthy toppings of your choice.
