Warm-up: 20 squats – lower your butt to knee height

Walk in lunges to the coffee machine and back – minimum 10 lunges per leg!

Push each other around the office while seated in a desk chair

Get your heart rate up: 20 jumping jacks

10 chair dips – use a stable chair or push your wheeled desk chair against a wall

Push-ups against your desk: 10 regular push-ups and 10 triceps push-ups

And the grand finale: 20 high knees!
