These popsicles, with no added sugars, are delicious for both young and old. They’re low in calories, making them a perfect snack. And did you know that making your own popsicles is super easy? It’s basically just a smoothie frozen in molds! The exact quantities depend on the size of your molds. To find out how much you’ll need, fill a mold with water and pour it into a measuring cup.
Ingredients (makes 6 popsicles)

200 ml low-fat yogurt (freezes well)

200 g strawberries

1 ripe banana
Instructions
Pour the yogurt into a blender.
Remove the tops from the strawberries and add them to the blender, setting aside 4 strawberries.
Peel the banana, add it to the blender, and blend everything together until smooth.
Chop the reserved strawberries into small pieces and stir them into the smoothie.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert the sticks.
Freeze for at least five hours.
Tip: Add chia seeds for a super boost or try other fruits like watermelon, raspberries, or even avocado (!).
