Ingredients (for 1 serving):

150 g Greek yogurt (2% fat)

120 g fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.)

2 tablespoons granola or muesli

Honey to taste (optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:

Take a glass, bowl, or mason jar and start with a layer of Greek yogurt.

Add a handful of fresh berries on top of the yogurt.

Sprinkle a layer of granola or muesli over the berries.

Repeat the layers until your glass or bowl is nearly full, finishing with a layer of berries on top.
