It has the same delicious flavor profile as your favorite burger, but in a wrap form—perfect for a quick meal or a satisfying snack.
Ingredients

100 g lean ground beef

1 tomato, sliced

2 leaves iceberg lettuce

2 pickles, sliced

1 slice 30% reduced-fat cheese

1 small onion, chopped

1 large whole wheat wrap

1 tablespoon cooking fat (e.g., olive oil, coconut oil, or butter)

Pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
Heat a frying pan over medium heat with the cooking fat and cook the ground beef for 5–7 minutes until done. Season with salt and pepper.
Slice the tomato and pickles.
Chop the onion.
Warm the wrap according to the package instructions.
Place the warmed wrap on a plate and layer it with the iceberg lettuce.
Evenly distribute the cooked beef on top.
Add the tomato slices, pickles, and chopped onion.
Place the slice of cheese on the warm ingredients so it melts slightly.
Fold the wrap by folding in the sides and then rolling it up.
