Try to go outside as often and as early as possible during the day (preferably before 12:00), even if you’re working.
It’s important to spend time in daylight regularly — especially if you want to feel happier. Daylight stimulates the brain to produce more endorphins and serotonin. And these hormones make us feel good!
So try to get outside as much as you can, even if it’s just for a few minutes. Ideally, find a spot in nature — it helps calm and satisfy us.
