Fresh. Tasty. Healthy.
Snacking the way it was meant to be: something that looks like a treat, tastes like ice cream… but is healthy. Here’s how to make it:
Ingredients (for 1 small baking tray):
• 300 g Greek yogurt (e.g. 0% fat)
• 1–2 tsp honey or agave syrup (to taste)
• A handful of strawberries (sliced)
• A handful of blueberries
Toppings:
o 2 tbsp granola or nuts
o Shredded coconut
o Dark chocolate shavings (optional)
Instructions:
-
Mix the yogurt with the honey.
-
Line a small baking tray or dish with parchment paper.
-
Spread the yogurt evenly into a layer about 1 cm thick.
-
Distribute the fruit and toppings over the yogurt. Press down gently.
-
Freeze for at least 3 hours, until everything is solid.
-
Break into pieces (just like chocolate).
Storage tip:
Store the pieces in a freezer-safe container. Let them sit for a few minutes before eating — that’s when they’re at their best: slightly soft, a little crunchy.
