We all know walking is healthy. But do you want just a bit more challenge, muscle activation, and calorie burn? Then try walking with a weighted vest.
Why use a weighted vest?
• You burn more energy without it feeling like an ‘extra workout’
• It activates your muscles, especially legs, glutes, and core
• It improves your posture and balance
Tip: Start with a light vest (for example, 2 to 5 kilos) and gradually build it up. Make sure it fits snugly to your body and that the weight is evenly distributed. Just 15 minutes a day can already make a difference!
